We had a great stay at this apartment. It’s very close to a lot of sites and public transportation. The view was also incredible. The apartment was clean and well stocked.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit atemberaubenden Blick über die Stadt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Innenstadt ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar (ca. 20 Minuten). Eine U-Bahnstation ist ganz in der Nähe sowie Supermärkte. Wir können die Unterkunft jedenfalls weiterempfehlen!

Das Panoramafenster war super, die Unterkunft sehr gemütlich und das Bett bequem. Es gab heißes Wasser (hatten wir in Südamerika auch schon anders) und wir konnten kochen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß zu erreichen, der Ausblick ist wirklich toll. Es ist recht laut in der Stadt, somit auch in der Wohnung. Aber das ist vermutlich überall so. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und der Vermieter war sehr gut zu erreichen, freundlich, spricht gutes Englisch und wir haben uns sehr gut betreut gefühlt. Wenn man waschen will, braucht man das nötige Kleingeld, unbedingt beim Einkaufen schonmal ansammeln! Es gehen 100 und 500 Peso Münzen. (es kostet 1400 Peso). Die App zum Waschen ist auf europäischen Handys nicht verfügbar.

Après un séjour de 1 semaine dans ce magnifique Duplex , où les instructions étaient très claires et où tout était très propre et fonctionnel. Dans l’immeuble , il y a des gardes de jour et de nuit , qui sont adorables comme tout et qui n’hésiteront pas à vous fournir les adresses nécessaire et s’assureront de votre bien être dans l’immeuble. Il y a un ascenseur qui fonctionne toujours ce qui est important au 22 eme étage et je tiens à le mentionner. Tout le service était irréprochable littéralement , l’endroit pour séjourner , c’est familiale , agréable , paisible. Merci Hubo property et ses équipes

O espaço é perfeito com uma vista deslumbrante. Tudo muito confortável. A estação de metrô é bem próxima, além disso tem vários comércios por perto. Com certeza se voltar a Santiago me hospedo outra vez.

First and foremost, the location of this apartment is amazing. Situated right in the heart of downtown Santiago, it's also near a metro station, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. The cleanliness of the apartment left me truly impressed, the kitchen was well-equipped and the view was breathtaking. Another highlight was the communication with the hosts which was seamless from start to finish.

We had a great stay at this property. Charming space with beautiful views. I loved watching the sunset from the balcony. This space felt private and secure. The BÚHO staff were helpful and responsive. Nice and quiet, central neighborhood, walkable to many charming destinations. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Good location if you are ok with walking a bit and getting to know not just the touristy parts of the city. This is definitely a locals part of town but also very walkable to some wonderful neighborhoods. The view is beautiful especially from the deck. The floor to ceiling windows are wonderful, just be careful with the blinds. 🙂 It's not quite as big as it seems in the photos (but what place is on AirBnB 🙂 but once you're in it is a wonderfully cosy and bright place to spend some time in Santiago. BUHO is super responsive as well; a model property management group.

Fue una estadía complaciente durante tres días en este loft muy iluminado y asoleado, un espacio dúplex con ventanal de doble altura con vista panorámica a la ciudad y la cordillera, ideal para dos o tres personas, muy bien decorado y con más que lo esencial para poder estar muy cómodos, inclusive con dos pantallas de tv de amplio tamaño. En los alrededores variado comercio para abastecerse o adquirir comida preparada, estacionamiento muy cercano y seguro, a tres cuadras del Metro U. de Chile, muy céntrico. Lo recomiendo completamente porque Giussepe estuvo muy preocupado y generoso en todos los detalles, y no parece un espacio arrendado, algo que va más allá de la limpieza que posee. Se agradece el aire acondicionado y los rollers para matizar las temperaturas.

We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment! The view from the balcony is insanely beautiful at anytime of the day, so much space and light. All appliances worked and kitchen came stocked with equipment to cook with. Super close barrio Lastarria and Santa Lucia, with many restaurants nearby. Would definitely recommend!!
