Nice, clean apartment near the La Serena beach. Great ocean view from balcony. Owner met us upon arrival to give us the keys and information about the building. All 3 bedrooms were nice, great kitchen, and wifi provided. Highly recommended.

We visited Chile with my nephew to see the solar eclipse of Jun 2nd 2019. The owners were really helpful, and the apartment was excellent with good view over La Serena Coastline. We got the keys from reception, and the crew over the apartment was helpful. We were actually able to see the eclipse directly from the apartment, which was a surprise bonus. The apartment is suitable for a family with 2 kids or 2 adults. It is a clean and elegant place just next to the beach. The nearest supermarket is reachable by walk, ~20 minutes, but car or a bus is a good option to reach La Serena center. We nevertheless walked to the center and back, as the beach is pretty nice to stroll. Highly recommend the place.

Large sunny apartment set at the end of a multi building gated seaside complex. Apartment is spacious, with lovely breeze from the ocean. Comfortable furniture, quality linens, well equipped kitchen. Secure entry and exit overseen by security staff takes some time coming and going, however taxis are able to enter the complex. Shopping is a long walk away so a rental car might be an option for some. We stayed after prime season so not many people around. Close to the pool and beach just a short walk away.

Apartment with a spectacular view. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay. We spent a week in winter (June) and we had no problem with the cold since there are electric heaters in the living room and in both bedrooms. I would return to this apartment without hesitation.

Buen departamento en un lugar que hay harto tránsito, mucha construcción en su alrededor, a metros del barrio parís Londres y unos minutos del metro estuvo bien para nosotros. La recepción fue buena, fueron flexibles para poder hacer el check in más temprano, edificio seguro y con buen aislamiento de ruido en el depa. Buena vista.

The porteiros are super educated and legal. La casa es muy acogedora, los espacios de áreas verdes y la piscina son buenos para relajarse, las mascotas que estaban en el lugar era muy amistosas nuestros perros jugaron mucho con ellos.

Nos gusto el lugar igual q en las fotos … es a 10 min del centro de Baños y tenia parqueadero incluido lo que nos dio mas seguridad.. las personas q nos recibieron muy amables

El lugar preciso en Quintay, disfrutamos mucho de nuestra estancia y el lugar cumplía con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. Me encantó la vista y la ubicación, además de los anfitriones que nos recibieron que fueron muy amables en todo momento.

El alojamiento es exactamente igual a lo descrito, es cómodo para dormir y todo estaba impecable. Tiene buenos restaurantes cerca y arto para recorrer.

La cama estaba bastante cómoda y los anfitriones responden muy rápido. Con gusto volveríamos.

Perfect location! Close to restaurants, fast food and supermarkets.
A little smaller than it appears in the photos but fulfills what was offered.
There were five of us and we slept in comfort, even though it was a very hot period. The slightly rigid mattresses but it is a matter of personal taste.
Stove was efficient for various foods.

The place was very clean, organized and counted with towels ,sheets, tea, coffee, sugar, super useful things that you should generally carry on your bags in case of towels and sheets or go out to shop.
It is convenient to Uber at night as the neighborhood is not very safe to walk and the building does not have parking.
It is away from the beach and the bar and restaurant area. Overall it was a good experience

Great place, very well located, amazing view, good hot shower, fast and reliable internet.The neighbourhood is not dangerous at all, it’s just best to avoid going out alone late at night, like in 95% of Santiago or South America big cities.

El lugar estaba muy limpio, organizado y contab a con toallas ,sábanas, té, café, azúcar, cosas super útiles que en general debes cargar en tus maletas en caso de toallas y sábanas o salir a comprar.
Es conveniente moverse en Uber en la noche ya que el barrio no es muy seguro para caminar y el edificio no cuenta con estacionamiento.
Está alejado de la playa y el área de bares y restaurantes. En general fué una buena experiencia

The place is just like in the photos. It’s a very quiet neighborhood and there isn’t much to do around but if you are looking for a place to rest and relax, it’s perfect. Everything was clean and there were enough utensils to make simple meals. If you want to eat out, about a five-minute walk away there’s a pizza place and a café.

Cheerful stay in Quintay, the hosts Raúl and Gladys are very present if you have any questions, the cabin has everything you need and is close to everything you need.

I had a wonderful 6 week stay in this lovely apartment in Las Condes. The location is excellent, with easy access to shops, restaurants and public transport. Parks and shopping centers are just steps away, making everything very convenient. The neighborhood is central and at the same time residential, offering the best of both worlds. The terrace is truly an oasis, decorated with beautiful plants that create a relaxing and cozy atmosphere. It was the perfect place to enjoy coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Santiago. Thanks for the hospitality!

Um pouco menor do que aparece nas fotos mas cumpre o que foi oferecido.
Éramos cinco e dormimos com conforto, mesmo sendo um período de muito calor. Os colchões um pouco rígidos mas é uma questão de gosto pessoal.
Fogão foi eficiente para várias comidas.

Very good service from Raul, he opened it for us and showed us the room with everything that was included, they even had a gas grill and gas for us. Also it was very cold but they had heated beds and a stove so it was very pleasant. It’s very easy to get there with the map and the place is super quiet. I recommend it.

Super close to Santiago, easy to get to. The excellent accommodation to relax as a couple has everything for cooking, a modern TV, and the wifi connects well. The dogs are very well behaved and affectionate.
The hot tub area is really nice and relaxing. It really has everything to be comfortable. Before you get to the road where you enter the cabin, there is a business that sells meat and charcoal, or a little before there is a convenience store, pharmacy and others.
Alejandro is very friendly. I’ll go back to the place, we loved it.

It is not recommended, if you plan to stay for many days and want to go down to the beach, you have a very long ladder, for older people it is very physically hard!!

Excelente lugar para descansar, lindo, limpio y tranquilo, la piscina es excelente aunque demora bastante en calentar. Se disfrutó bien solo hay que coordinar un día, dia y medio antes para temperarla. La cocina está muy bien equipada, internet funciona muy bien para ser zona rural, Alejandro muy amable, 10/10. Lo mejor son los 3 amiguitos peludos, perritos bien amigables y regalones. Lugar 100% recomendable

The place was phenomenal. A group of seven were very comfortable in the space. The kitchen is spacious and ready for cooking. The pool is perfect for the getaway. The groundskeeper is fantastic, and so incredibly helpful.

Good apartment in a place that has a lot of traffic, a lot of construction around it, meters from the Paris London neighborhood and a few minutes from the tube was fine for us. We stayed at BUHO property apartment for about 2 weeks. They were very responsive when we run into some minor issues. they resolved it quickly. We appreciate the communication between us. We recommend this place if you like a quiet and safe neighborhood.

Charming with Rari country house, place surrounded by nature, we enjoy the environment that is a wonder, in a pool house, everything you need in the kitchen, have games, impeccable bathrooms and a friendly caretaker of every need raised. We certainly really enjoyed this vacation in Rari and finally they allowed me to bring my pets who also enjoyed the green space of the garden.

Foresta Milipillán is a dream place to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life. The beautiful gardens come to life throughout the day with beautiful flora and fauna! The pool was great as was the bbqs we had every evening in the lovely outside dining area. we highly recommend it for a long weekend with family and friends.

Un lugar increible! las fotos no le hacen justicia a lo bonita y cómoda que es la casa. Es un lugar para compartir en familia en las areas comunes, pero a su vez se tiene privacidad en cada habitación. Mónica y Ernesto nos recibieron con toda la calidez e indicaciones para disfrutar al máximo las instalaciones, la piscina es ideal tanto para grandes y chicos y disfrutar todos! a 3 minutos del zoologico y a 10 min del centro de Guayabamba donde hay tiendas de abasto.La cocina también tiene todos los implementos para poder ocuparla sin ningun problema!Si quieren un lugar para tener una convivencia en familia y poder realizar varias actividades esta opcion es la ideal!

Location was amazing, Diego always came back with answers to our questions very quickly, great tips for around town and very friendly, place is a bit hard to find and the cars can't really get to the front of the building so it was dropped off around the corner, asking around was easy to find, place was exactly as described, good beds and linen, one thing to complain is the couches (they are awful to sit) but really easy fix. Overall I would definitely stay again.

Nice flat close to the metro. The checkin was easy. There is a parking lot assigned to the flat as well. Communication was really quick and efficient.

We spent some incredible days in this country house. The place is perfect to disconnect from the noise of the city and enjoy nature. The pool was a great plus, ideal for relaxing.

We had some beautiful days of rest. The kids really enjoyed the pool, the patio, the green of the land.
In general the house is very comfortable, nice decor, the kitchen well equipped and you can see the concern for guests to feel comfortable.
One of the best places and we enjoyed the most was the Balinese bed.

Es un lugar muy lindo y tranquilo. La cabaña es hermosa y esta muy bien equipada. El adm. es muy simpatico y la comunicación con él fue muy fluida. El jacuzzi maravilloso, muy amplio… resumen nos encanto. La pasamos increíble.

Departamento moderno, vista espectacular al mar, en las fotos se muestras los ambientes mas grandes pero en realidad no es asi. Respuesta muy rapida y siempre accesible de parte del propietario.
No es recomendable, si pensas quedarte por muchos días y queres bajar a la llaya, tenes una escalera larguisim, para las personas mayores es muy duro físicamente!!

Apartamento com ótima vista para o Pacifico. Cama e roupas de cama muito confortáveis, bem equipado e aconchegante. Anfitrião muito prestativo e sistema de auto check in bem eficiente. Um ponto a melhorar é a iluminação deficiente do estacionamento.
Os porteiros são pouco receptivos, então não espere cortesia deles.

Secluded home with all modern conveniences. It was both clean and orderly. The communications with the home owner and the local property caretakers was fantastic! The hot tub was a real treat, and having the caretaker fire up the wood burner and prepare the tub was no small task, well worth the added expense.The road to the house was easy, and Marianne was there to greet us and show us around when we arrived. We highly recommend this place for a more upscale stay and experience!

Beautiful stay. The house is spacious, modern with native decoration and a spectacular lake view. A large park for outdoor fun and the pool is a dream!!!! I really enjoyed the stay to the point of wanting to return soon. Soraya and Claudia’s service, 10 points!!! They were totally available to answer all our questions and were very, very attentive!!!!

A great experience. The hosts were very nice… they were very responsive and met us at the property to give a tour. Plenty of space, each bedroom has its own bathroom. The house is laid out so different families or couples can have privacy, but there are enough common areas to be together for different activities. Loved the pool and sauna, the hammock area in the backyard and the grill and fireplace area. Very clean, modern to american standards and they have everything there that you would need for a great stay. Just need to bring food, drink and pool towels. They even have someone locally that you can hire on your own to help with cooking and cleaning for a very reasonable rate. There are a few solid restaurants nearby and a grocery store (TIA) about 2 miles away in the town. The Quito Zoo (actually in Guayllamba) is about a mile away and worth a visit too. We will be back!

Apto super completo: cocina con elementos para uso diario, baño con jabon y toallas.Zona tranquila, no se esucha ruidos. En cuanto al barrio, tiene 2 mini market abajo del edificio y un supermercado a 4 cuadras. Cuenta con 2 aires acondicionados, calientan bien todos los ambientes.Buena ducha y baños amplios.Recomendable!!!

Todo bien muy bien ubicado y muy fácil llegar. Al lado hay un restaurante maravilloso. Don Raúl y la Sra Gladys fueron muy amables. El lugar es indicado para descansar y desconectarse, tal cual se muestran en las fotos. Únicamente solo se generó una diferencia al momento de arrendar el lugar que hay un seguro asociado el cual hay que pagar luego de arrendar la cabaña, quizás si la agregan en la oferta sería más apropiado para no encontrarse con sorpresas. Por lo demás todo perfecto.

El lugar es muy limpio, impecable como en las fotos, disfrute 4 días con mi familia, estuvimos muy cómodos, existe la posibilidad de contratar a Blanquita para cocinar y limpiar el lugar y la recomiendo al 100% valió la pena, cocina excelente y tiene una hermosa actitud, lo que sí vale la pena tomar en cuenta es que el valor del hospedaje depende de cuántas personas se hospedan si volvería y lo recomiendo mucho

La ubicación estratégica y tranquila (muy de playa, pero con todo cerca) permite escuchar (además de ver) el mar en todo momento, lo que es hermoso.

Tuvimos unos hermosos días de descanso. Los niños disfrutaron mucho la piscina, el patio, lo verde del terreno.
En general la casa es muy cómoda, linda decoración, la cocina bien equipada y se nota la preocupación para que los huéspedes se sientan cómodos.
Uno de los mejores lugares y que más disfrutamos fue la cama balinesa.
Alejandro y su mamá siempre atentos y dispuestos a solucionar todo.

A stay for the family was a 10. Quiet place, spectacular pool and also that the place consisted of its parking . The good also that it was close to Mall coastal center and the surroundings ae finds a varied range of restaurants.

Beautiful apartment , had all the amenities described and views is images , very comfortable beds.
The super quiet sector with everything close , Pharmacies and restaurants on the corner . Metro a block away . Ample parking.

Todo estuvo excelente tal cual se describe, lo único malo es que nunca te avisan que posterior al pago del alquiler te cobran extra un seguro y estas obligado a pagarlo, y eso en ningún lado lo dice

The location is beautiful, and the property manager is very proactive and responsive. I stayed here before and recommended the stay to my family this time. I highly recommend a visit! It is a calm, peaceful, restorative location and close to all the sights of La Serena and the Elqui Valley.

La terraza tiene vidrios que se pueden mover para dejar una vista completamente despejada y el host es muy amable y empático ante cualquier solicitud. Muy hermoso el lugar! fácil de encontrar, todo lo que necesites cerca del dpto! muy buen atención! Tenia lo básico para estadía breve, café, te, azúcar, aceite, edulcorante, jabón liquido, desodorante de baño! las toallas estaban limpias y nuevas! seguro volveré en otra oportunidad y lo recomiendo!

Me encanto el lugar para disfrutar de la tranquilidad y descanso. Las fotos coinciden con la descripción. Anfitrión muy amable y disponible a solucionar cualquier duda. La vista es muy hermosa. Es posible llevar mascotas y los perritos del lugar son muy cariñosos.

Super cercano a Santiago, fácil de llegar. El alojamiento excelente para relajarse en pareja tiene de todo para cocinar, la TV moderna, wifi conecta bien. Los perritos que andan súper bien portados y regalones.

Es sector del hot tub súper lindo y relajante la verdad tiene todo para estar cómodo, antes de llegar al camino donde se entra a la cabaña hay un negocio que venden carne y carbón o un poco antes hay un negocio minimarket, farmacia y otros.

An excellent place to rest, nice, clean and quiet, the pool is excellent although it takes a long time to heat up. It was enjoyed well, just coordinate a day, a day and a half before to temper it. The kitchen is very well equipped, the internet works very well for a rural area, Alejandro is very friendly, 10/10. The best thing is the 3 furry friends, very friendly dogs and treats. 100% recommended place

We had a great stay in this clean, newly renovated apartment in a safe, convenient location. Bright space. We rented a car and we’re able to park in designated spot under building in secured lot. Elevator from parking up to our floor. Near public transportation. Would highly recommend for 1 or 2 people. Quiet building. Exactly what we needed for our trip!

Wonderful family time at this remote, beautiful setting. The views were unbeatable- pictures truly do not do it justice. The home itself is gorgeous. You can hear the two waterfalls and see a panoramic view of the lake from the master bedroom. The star gazing alone made the trek worth it. Our kids enjoyed seeing the cows milked, picking raspberries, eating fresh sopapillas and avoiding the roof with our frisbee. Wish we had stayed longer!

Excelente atención de Don Raúl, nos dió hasta una reseña del lugar, la cabaña muy cómoda, bien equipada (hasta calentador de cama) y lo mejor la tranquilidad en la noche para descansar, recomendable para quienes buscan estar solos como pareja. Before I arrived the owner answered all my questions, giving me quick and useful answers. Then upon arrival everything was tidy and in good condition, the apartment is very comfortable, has a nice view and is well located (you can walk to the beach either along the street or up a staircase). We loved the place and would return anyway.

Apartment with great Pacific view. Very comfortable bed and bedding, well-equipped and cozy. Very helpful host and very efficient self-check in system. A point to improve is poor parking lighting.
The gatekeepers are poorly receptive, so don’t expect courtesy of them.

The exterior is fabulous, a large swimming pool, with a very good depth to swim comfortably.
Lots of greenery, all grass and nice trees.

La propiedad, sus dueños y la gente que nos recibió fue maravillosa y extremadamente agradable. Pasamos unos días muy bonitos y descansamos con una total seguridad. Volveré todas las veces que pueda.

Muy buena atención por parte de Raul, nos llegó a abrir y nos mostró la pieza con todo lo que incluía, incluso tenian parrilla a gas y gas para nosotros. Además hacia mucho frio pero tenian calienta camas y estufa por lo que fue muy ameno. Es muy facil llegar con el mapa y el lugar es super tranquilo. Recomiendo.

Pasamos unos días increíbles en esta casa campestre. El lugar es perfecto para desconectarse del ruido de la ciudad y disfrutar de la naturaleza. La piscina fue un gran plus, ideal para relajarse.

Excellent apartment, equipped and clean, which is essential for us as guests, ideal for 4 people. It’s easy to find, as it’s near the Viña del Mar bus terminal. We definitely consider it for an eventual return to the city.

The property, its owners and the people who welcomed us were wonderful and extremely pleasant. We had a very nice time and rest with total security. I’ll be back as many times as I can.

I liked the area where it is located, easy access, you get there super fast from the terminal and everything is close by walking. I went to several tourist places and several restaurants and to share with friends and the people you go to see there

El departamento está súper cómodo y tiene todo lo necesario para pasarla bien. La terraza es lo mejor, con una vista increíble que realmente hace que la estadía sea mil veces mejor. En general el departamento cumple con la descripción entregada, estaba limpio, y la chapa electrónica hace cómodo el ingreso

Una estadía para la familia estuvo un 10. Lugar tranquilo, piscina espectacular y además que el lugar constaba con su estacionamiento . Lo bueno además que estaba cerca de Mall costanera center y a los alrededores ae encuentra una gama variada de restaurantes.

Fácil de llegar en automóvil, es un lugar bastante tranquilo. Tiene una piscina grande y un quincho que se pueden utilizar, ademas los perritos del lugar son muy simpáticos y amistosos.El lugar tenia cocina, mesa, lavaplatos, refrigerador, hervidor, loza para la cantidad de personas que se alojan y baño bastante cómodo con agua caliente, en general tenia todo lo que uno podría necesitar, y de todas maneras el anfitrión tuvo toda la disponibilidad del mundo en caso de que necesitaramos cualquier cosa aun cuando solo estuvimos una noche.

Raul y Gladis fueron muy amables, el lugar era tal cual las fotos muy lindo y limpio.
Recomiendo 100% la hospitalidad y la comunicación con los propietarios ayudo mucho a conocer el lugar y sacarle el provecho.

El depto es muy cómodo para una pareja, es muy seguro, el estacionamiento está bajo techo y seguridad las 24 hs, esta a 400 m de la playa mas cercana. La vista del departamento se destaca por el resto, muy bien equipado y la atención de la gente de Buho sobresaliente, nos gustaria volver.

Es un ambiente para relajarse y disfrutar de la naturaleza, tiene todo para pasar un fin de semana de desconexión y compartir con familia y amigos.
