Nice, clean apartment near the La Serena beach. Great ocean view from balcony. Owner met us upon arrival to give us the keys and information about the building. All 3 bedrooms were nice, great kitchen, and wifi provided. Highly recommended.

We visited Chile with my nephew to see the solar eclipse of Jun 2nd 2019. The owners were really helpful, and the apartment was excellent with good view over La Serena Coastline. We got the keys from reception, and the crew over the apartment was helpful. We were actually able to see the eclipse directly from the apartment, which was a surprise bonus. The apartment is suitable for a family with 2 kids or 2 adults. It is a clean and elegant place just next to the beach. The nearest supermarket is reachable by walk, ~20 minutes, but car or a bus is a good option to reach La Serena center. We nevertheless walked to the center and back, as the beach is pretty nice to stroll. Highly recommend the place.

Large sunny apartment set at the end of a multi building gated seaside complex. Apartment is spacious, with lovely breeze from the ocean. Comfortable furniture, quality linens, well equipped kitchen. Secure entry and exit overseen by security staff takes some time coming and going, however taxis are able to enter the complex. Shopping is a long walk away so a rental car might be an option for some. We stayed after prime season so not many people around. Close to the pool and beach just a short walk away.

Apartamento com ótima vista para o Pacifico. Cama e roupas de cama muito confortáveis, bem equipado e aconchegante. Anfitrião muito prestativo e sistema de auto check in bem eficiente. Um ponto a melhorar é a iluminação deficiente do estacionamento.
Os porteiros são pouco receptivos, então não espere cortesia deles.

A very good place to stay. Centrico and a short walk from the metro Vina del Mar. Very clear instructions for entry to the place.

We loved the cabin with my boyfriend! We would return a thousand times. There is a place nearby that sells very good pizzas and it is not far from the small beach of Quintay! You have to walk through a forest and that’s it. Mrs. Gladys’ service was very attentive and friendly. She gave us all the instructions well and was very kind. Thank you, we hope to return!!!

Un excelente departamento, tal como muestra las fotos, bien equipado, estuvimos una semana y pudimos cocinar sin problemas con los utencilios que están disponibles, tuvimos una diferencia de horario en el ingreso la cual Buho Property, soluciono rápidamente, eso lo valoramos mucho.

We had a great stay in this clean, newly renovated apartment in a safe, convenient location. Bright space. We rented a car and we’re able to park in designated spot under building in secured lot. Elevator from parking up to our floor. Near public transportation. Would highly recommend for 1 or 2 people. Quiet building. Exactly what we needed for our trip!

We absolutely loved this place and location!! Right on the coast overlooking the ocean and castle!! For travelers it was perfect to walk to everywhere very conveniently! We felt safe with checkin and security and the place was clean and had everything we needed. Perfect place to stay!

Perfect location! Close to restaurants, fast food and supermarkets.
A little smaller than it appears in the photos but fulfills what was offered.
There were five of us and we slept in comfort, even though it was a very hot period. The slightly rigid mattresses but it is a matter of personal taste.

Wonderful family time at this remote, beautiful setting. The views were unbeatable- pictures truly do not do it justice. The home itself is gorgeous. You can hear the two waterfalls and see a panoramic view of the lake from the master bedroom. The star gazing alone made the trek worth it. Our kids enjoyed seeing the cows milked, picking raspberries, eating fresh sopapillas and avoiding the roof with our frisbee. Wish we had stayed longer!

Ótimo lugar para a estadia! Tranquilo e com opções de mercado nos arredores e a facilidade de estar próximo ao metrô, para quem precisa se deslocar pela cidade de Santiago. Há boas opções de restaurantes e cafés próximos. Os funcionários do prédio também foram super simpáticos e solícitos durante a nossa estadia.

Nos encantó la cabaña con mi novio! Volveríamos mil veces, cerca hay un local que venden pizzas muy ricas y no es lejos de la playa chica de quintay ! Hay que caminar un bosque y listo, la atención de la señora Gladys muy atenta y simpática nos dio todas las instrucciones bien y fue muy amable, gracias esperamos volver!!!

Excelente departamento, equipado y limpio que es fundamental para nosotros cómo huéspedes, ideal para 4 personas. Es fácil cómo referencia al estar cercano al terminal de buses de Viña del Mar. Sin duda, lo consideramos para un eventual regreso a la ciudad.

Apartment was as advertised. Great communication and very helpful with arrival times. Even offered a late check out without asking! Location is good and near the metro which was great.

The place is very clean, impeccable as in the photos, I enjoyed 4 days with my family, we were very comfortable, there is the possibility of hiring Blanquita to cook and clean the place and I recommend her 100% it was worth it, excellent cooking and she has a beautiful attitude, what is worth taking into account is that the cost of the stay depends on how many people are staying, I would come back and I highly recommend it

Daniela’s home is very clean and comfortable. She is a great host and helping with things to do, directions and provided metro cards (above and beyond). The apartment is in a great location and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Hope to return someday!

Super close to Santiago, easy to get to. The excellent accommodation to relax as a couple has everything for cooking, a modern TV, and the wifi connects well. The dogs are very well behaved and affectionate.
The hot tub area is really nice and relaxing. It really has everything to be comfortable. Before you get to the road where you enter the cabin, there is a business that sells meat and charcoal, or a little before there is a convenience store, pharmacy and others.
Alejandro is very friendly. I’ll go back to the place, we loved it.

Buen departamento en un lugar que hay harto tránsito, mucha construcción en su alrededor, a metros del barrio parís Londres y unos minutos del metro estuvo bien para nosotros. La recepción fue buena, fueron flexibles para poder hacer el check in más temprano, edificio seguro y con buen aislamiento de ruido en el depa. Buena vista.

Before I arrived the owner answered all my questions, giving me quick and useful answers. Then upon arrival everything was tidy and in good condition, the apartment is very comfortable, has a nice view and is well located (you can walk to the beach either along the street or up a staircase). We loved the place and would return anyway.

We spent 15 days and it was very good. Very close to the metro, close to the connection of both lines. Pharmacy, market, restaurants, shops, everything very perto. The view of the apartment was wonderful, for the cordilheiras, and we managed to work in a home office, with both people! Chuveiro bom, fogao, torradeira, aquecedor, wifi, washing machine, everything functional and appears to be brand new, as well as the property, which seems super new. The porteiros are super helpful and friendly. I would voltage with certainty.

The place was phenomenal. A group of seven were very comfortable in the space. The kitchen is spacious and ready for cooking. The pool is perfect for the getaway. The groundskeeper is fantastic, and so incredibly helpful.

The apartment is very comfortable for a couple, it is very safe, the parking is under cover and has 24-hour security, it is 400 m from the nearest beach. The view from the apartment stands out from the rest, very well equipped and the attention of the people of Buho is outstanding, we would like to return.

Definitivamente volvería al depto. Excelente y tranquila estadía. Fui por trabajo y tb aproveché de descansar. El alojamiento es muy cómodo y moderno y el personal del edificio es muy amable. La ubicación estratégica y tranquila (muy de playa, pero con todo cerca) permite escuchar (además de ver) el mar en todo momento, lo que es hermoso.

Pasamos una excelente estadía. La casa es muy confortable y tiene una energía muy buena, tiene todas las comodidades para pasar unos días de descanzo y diversión. Tuvimos unos hermosos días de descanso. Los niños disfrutaron mucho la piscina, el patio, lo verde del terreno.
En general la casa es muy cómoda, linda decoración, la cocina bien equipada y se nota la preocupación para que los huéspedes se sientan cómodos.
Uno de los mejores lugares y que más disfrutamos fue la cama balinesa.
Alejandro y su mamá siempre atentos y dispuestos a solucionar todo.

La ubicación muy buena para recorrer diferentes áreas caminando, nuestro objetivo fue actividad deportiva de nuestra hija y el lugar está bien conectado y con comercios y restaurantes para poder resolver cualquier cosa.La administración del lugar es muy amable y responde rápido ante cualquier solicitud, la entrada autónoma es simple y muy útil.

The place is just like in the photos. It’s a very quiet neighborhood and there isn’t much to do around but if you are looking for a place to rest and relax, it’s perfect. Everything was clean and there were enough utensils to make simple meals. If you want to eat out, about a five-minute walk away there’s a pizza place and a café.

The space was nice and the lady who lived upstairs always asked how we were and if we needed anything. I had a very good experience booking this apartment, and the location was perfect for what I needed. It is walking distance from 2 malls, grocery, and public transportation. I wish the chairs in the living room were a little more comfortable, but nothing is perfect, lol!

The owner was so nice and polite, house was a dream come true! kids loved the jumpy, panoramic views from all over the house. we also had their nanny and it was amazing so we had the convenience of staying at a hotel in the privacy of staying in a house. This house made my trip even better.

Location was amazing, Diego always came back with answers to our questions very quickly, great tips for around town and very friendly, place is a bit hard to find and the cars can't really get to the front of the building so it was dropped off around the corner, asking around was easy to find, place was exactly as described, good beds and linen, one thing to complain is the couches (they are awful to sit) but really easy fix. Overall I would definitely stay again.

departamento con una vista espectacular. cuenta con todo lo necesario para una grata estancia. estuvimos una semana en invierno (junio) y no tuvimos problema con el frío ya que hay calefactores eléctricos en living-comedor y en ambos dormitorios. volveria a este departamento sin dudas.

Muy buena atención por parte de Raul, nos llegó a abrir y nos mostró la pieza con todo lo que incluía, incluso tenian parrilla a gas y gas para nosotros. Además hacia mucho frio pero tenian calienta camas y estufa por lo que fue muy ameno. Es muy facil llegar con el mapa y el lugar es super tranquilo. Recomiendo.

El alojamiento en Dublé fue excelente! El anfitrión atendió rápidamente a mis preguntas. Tuve un contratiempo con el secador de cabello que no se encontraba en el dpto, y el anfitrión inmediatamente repuso un secador nuevo, cambió la cafetera moka que solicité y envió un café para pasar de cortesía!.
Una de las mejores cosas del dpto son la entrada independiente con clave de la puerta así como tv tanto en dormitorio con en sala!. Buena presión de agua, agua caliente permanente en ducha y lavamanos.
Sin duda alguna volvería a alojarme en este departamento y recomendaría que otros se animaran a tomar el dpto también. La zona es muy tranquila y en el condominio no hay bulla para nada, se puede descansar muy bien.

Encantados con casa de campo Rari, lugar rodeado de naturaleza, disfrutamos del entorno que es una maravilla, en casa piscina, todo lo necesario en la cocina, tienen juegos, baños impecables y una cordial cuidadora de cada necesidad planteada. Sin duda disfrutamos mucho estas vacaciones en Rari y por último me permitieron traer a mis mascotas quienes también disfrutaron del espacio verde del jardín.

Visited Viña for the weekend. Was an amazing location with a great surrounding area. Lots of places to go during the day and late at night. Super nice room with plenty of space and amenities. Would absolutely recommend.

El lugar estaba muy limpio, organizado y contab a con toallas ,sábanas, té, café, azúcar, cosas super útiles que en general debes cargar en tus maletas en caso de toallas y sábanas o salir a comprar.
Es conveniente moverse en Uber en la noche ya que el barrio no es muy seguro para caminar y el edificio no cuenta con estacionamiento.
Está alejado de la playa y el área de bares y restaurantes. En general fué una buena experiencia

Me encantó esta pequeña cabaña, la ubicación es excelente, cerca del supermarket, de los centros de buceo y de la playita. El lugar estaba muy limpio, tiene buena seguridad para dejar cosas y el dueño muy buena onda.

Cabaña muy cómoda y espaciosa. Contábamos con todos los implementos necesarios, (secador de pelo, toallas, parrilla, tetera, tostador, etc). A pasos de la playa chica, y de la plaza, donde tuvimos la suerte de que justo ese día era la feria costumbrista. Con respecto a Gladys y Raúl, muy amables, nos dieron tips, y podíamos contactarlos fácilmente. También, se nos pinchó una rueda del auto y Raúl contaba con aire y pudimos hecharle aire a la rueda. Nos salvó !!! Jajaja. Lo recomiendo mucho para una escapada de fin de semana 🙂
