What type of properties does BUHO manage?
Urban apartments, vacation properties and boutique accommodations, such as small hotels, cabins and lodges. The strategy adapts to the type of property, its location and the demand of each destination.
Can I continue using my property?
Yes. You block the dates on which you want to use it from the portal, as long as there are no confirmed reservations.
How is the property secured and guests verified?
Guests complete a registration with valid identification before arriving and each reservation is covered for damage. Payments go through gateways with anti-fraud verification. In plans with cleaning, the property is reviewed after each stay.
How do I review reservations and results?
From the owner's portal, on the web or cell phone: reservations, occupancy and income, blocking dates and notifications. You also receive a monthly report with performance and settlement.
How do I start and how long should I stay?
You request a free screening, without obligation. An initial period of six months is contemplated to position the advertisement; Afterwards you can terminate with 30 days notice, respecting already confirmed reservations.

Your ad is published on the main platforms and specialized channels connected to our system; each of them also distributes it on its network of associated portals. A single calendar, without double reservations and with the same dynamic price in all.
