An incredible place! The photos do not do justice to how beautiful and comfortable the house is. It is a place to share with family in the common areas, but at the same time you have privacy in each room. Mónica and Ernesto welcomed us with all the warmth and instructions to fully enjoy the facilities, the pool is ideal for both adults and children and everyone can enjoy it!
3 minutes from the zoo and 10 minutes from the center of Guayabamba where there are grocery stores.
The kitchen also has all the implements to be able to occupy it without any problem!

Good location if you are ok with walking a bit and getting to know not just the touristy parts of the city. This is definitely a local part of town but also very walkable to some wonderful neighborhoods.

It's not quite as big as it seems in the photos (but what place is on AirBnB 🙂 but once you're in it is a wonderfully cozy and bright place to spend some time in Santiago. BUHO is super responsive as well; a model property management group.

A place with the basic things for a pleasant stay, the apartment has a view worth 10,000 dollars! There was difficulty entering with my password, but I contacted them and they quickly solved everything for me, (very friendly and empathetic). The area is beautiful but I advise you to check the hours, everything closes very early and it is almost impossible to get a place to have a coffee and enjoy the wonderful sunset. Great accommodation, the windows are massive, truly floor to ceiling over two floors, providing an amazing view of the city and mountains from both downstairs as well as the bedroom upstairs.

The apartment has AC, much needed in the summer, as well as a very fast and reliable WiFi - which I used for work calls with zero issues.

I found the location to work well overall: it is in close walking distance to the historical parts of town. Although it is often not the #1 recommended neighborhood, it did not feel unsafe. Main restaurant areas are not walking distance, but a short Uber ride away.

The host was communicative, responsive, very kind, and also fluent in English.

The only one negative aspect is very very minor (and easily fixable from the host in the future): little to no 'extra's' were provided for the stay - the apparent came with oil, vinegar, and salt, but with no paper towels, no trash bags, no laundry detergent, and not enough toilet paper, so that I had to buy it all.

The place is very quiet and beautiful, the house is very comfortable and has everything you need to rest and enjoy. The host was very concerned and attentive to everything. My parents were very happy with the place 10 out of 10. Thank you very much!

Buho Apt property was described accurately, very clean, and a great view of Santiago. There was a minor WiFi issue that they worked very quickly to correct. The only thing I would consider before renting again is the location. Santiago is very spread out and the desirable neighborhoods and tourist areas were further away then we expected. Not the properties fault, just be aware of the location in reference to where you want to go. Otherwise, exactly as described, totally worth the price with a great view!

It was a pleasant stay for three days in this very bright and sunny loft, a duplex space with a double-height window with panoramic views of the city and the mountain range, ideal for two or three people, very well decorated and with more than the essentials for being able to be very comfortable, even with two large TV screens. In the surrounding area there are various shops to stock up on or purchase prepared food, very close and safe parking, three blocks from the U. de Chile Metro, very central. I completely recommend it because Giussepe was very concerned and generous in all the details, and it does not seem like a rented space, something that goes beyond the cleanliness it has. The air conditioning and the rollers are appreciated to regulate the temperatures.

It is about a 15 min walk from the Costanera Center. Check-in was super easy as was communicating with our host. Everyone was super attentive and helpful. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking, which we do a lot of because of our toddler. The master bedroom is beautiful and has a great view of the city and mountains in the background. There is a nice closed in porch, which has safety mesh - great for kids. There is a rooftop pool, which we really enjoyed. The master bedroom and the larger bedroom have AC units, which was crucial during the hot summer months. The staff was super welcoming, especially the concierges and the cleaning staff. This is a super place to stay if you want to be close to everything and still feel like you have a refuge from the hustle and bustle. Highly recommend to families!

Es sector del hot tub súper lindo y relajante la verdad tiene todo para estar cómodo, antes de llegar al camino donde se entra a la cabaña hay un negocio que venden carne y carbón o un poco antes hay un negocio minimarket, farmacia y otros.

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und der Vermieter war sehr gut zu erreichen, freundlich, spricht gutes Englisch und wir haben uns sehr gut betreut gefühlt.

No es recomendable, si pensas quedarte por muchos días y queres bajar a la llaya, tenes una escalera larguisim, para las personas mayores es muy duro físicamente!!

Foresta Milipillán is a dream place to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life. The beautiful gardens come to life throughout the day with beautiful flora and fauna! The pool was great as was the bbqs we had every evening in the lovely outside dining area. we highly recommend it for a long weekend with family and friends.
