Very located apartment, with easy access to public transportation. We traveled with a girl and found everything adequate and comfortable, both in the apartment and in the surrounding area.

Buho Apt property was described accurately, very clean, and a great view of Santiago. There was a minor WiFi issue that they worked very quickly to correct. The only thing I would consider before renting again is the location. Santiago is very spread out and the desirable neighborhoods and tourist areas were further away then we expected. Not the properties fault, just be aware of the location in reference to where you want to go. Otherwise, exactly as described, totally worth the price with a great view!

I went with my mother and it was a very nice experience, the apartment had everything, it is very comfortable for two people. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und der Vermieter war sehr gut zu erreichen, freundlich, spricht gutes Englisch und wir haben uns sehr gut betreut gefühlt.

We stayed here for a month with our family (incl. toddler). It was in a great location in Santiago. Centrally located near lots of restaurants, grocery stores, and cafes. It is about a 15 min walk from the Costanera Center. Check-in was super easy as was communicating with our host. Everyone was super attentive and helpful. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking, which we do a lot of because of our toddler. The master bedroom is beautiful and has a great view of the city and mountains in the background. There is a nice closed in porch, which has safety mesh - great for kids. There is a rooftop pool, which we really enjoyed. The master bedroom and the larger bedroom have AC units, which was crucial during the hot summer months. The staff was super welcoming, especially the concierges and the cleaning staff. This is a super place to stay if you want to be close to everything and still feel like you have a refuge from the hustle and bustle. Highly recommend to families!

Good location if you are ok with walking a bit and getting to know not just the touristy parts of the city. This is definitely a local part of town but also very walkable to some wonderful neighborhoods.
The view is beautiful especially from the deck. The floor to ceiling windows are wonderful, just be careful with the blinds. 🙂

Super cercano a Santiago, fácil de llegar. El alojamiento excelente para relajarse en pareja tiene de todo para cocinar, la TV moderna, wifi conecta bien. Los perritos que andan súper bien portados y regalones.

BUHO Property manages Gladys and Raúl's cabins. We chose them because they accept pets and have parking. An excellent decision was revealed. The two cabins they rent are fenced and the pets have no way out, the owners live in the house in the back that has its own fence, which allows them to isolate their dog Olivia and if the dogs don't get along. The welcome was warm, friendly and understanding, they are very nice people. The cabins are as described, we saw both. Simple, but with good quality material and well made. 100% functional.

I had a wonderful 6 week stay in this lovely apartment in Las Condes. The location is excellent, with easy access to shops, restaurants and public transport. Parks and shopping centers are just steps away, making everything very convenient. The neighborhood is central and at the same time residential, offering the best of both worlds. The terrace is truly an oasis, decorated with beautiful plants that create a relaxing and cozy atmosphere. It was the perfect place to enjoy coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. In the surrounding area there are various shops to stock up on or purchase prepared food, very close and safe parking, three blocks from the U. de Chile Metro, very central. I completely recommend it because Giussepe was very concerned and generous in all the details, and it does not seem like a rented space, something that goes beyond the cleanliness it has. The air conditioning and the rollers are appreciated to regulate the temperatures.

Location was amazing, Diego always came back with answers to our questions very quickly, great tips for around town and very friendly, place is a bit hard to find and the cars can't really get to the front of the building so it was dropped off around the corner, asking around was easy to find, place was exactly as described, good beds and linen, one thing to complain is the couches (they are awful to sit) but really easy fix. Overall I would definitely stay again.
