What every owner asks first.
What type of properties does BUHO manage?
Urban apartments, vacation properties and boutique accommodations, such as small hotels, cabins and lodges. The strategy adapts to the type of property, its location and the demand of each destination.
Can I still use my property?
Yes. From the owner portal you block the dates you want to use it, as long as there are no confirmed bookings.
How is the property secured and guests verified?
Guests complete check-in with valid ID before arrival, and every booking includes damage coverage. Payments go through gateways with anti-fraud verification. In plans with cleaning, the property is inspected after each stay.
How do I check bookings and results?
From the owner portal, on the web or your phone: bookings, occupancy and income, date blocking and notifications. You also receive a monthly report with performance and your statement.
How do I start and how long do I have to stay?
You request a free projection, with no obligation. An initial six-month period is planned to position the listing; after that you can end the agreement with 30 days' notice, honoring bookings already confirmed.
