Très beau logement bien éclairé avec belle vue sur la ville de Santiago. La communication avec BUHO est excellente et les gens sont super gentils et très professionnels. Je n'hésiterais pas à réserver avec eux encore. Le logement est bien situé pour visiter la ville à pied et il y a plusieurs supermarchés dans les environs. L'appartement est sécuritaire avec une réception 24 heures et les gens sont gentils. Nous avions un lave linge dans l'appartement ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Comme petit souci, je dirais que l'ameublement de cuisine et de balcon n'était pas très confortable....aucune chaise avec dossier, seulement des bancs. aussi, comme c'est un loft c'est difficile de refroidir l'appartement...surtout la chambre à coucher qui se trouve au 2e étage. Nous sommes demeurés 11 nuits dans le logement et nous étions bien.

Todo súper bien! La única cosa es que el aire acondicionado no funcionó bien. Durante el día el depto hacía calor incluso con el aire prendido. Aparte de eso, tuvimos una estadía muy agradable. Muchas gracias!!

Great place to stay with lots of natural light. Unfortunately we visited Santiago during a heat wave so the AC couldn’t cool down completely the apartment.

Great accommodation, the windows are massive, truly floor to ceiling over two floors, providing an amazing view of the city and mountains from both downstairs as well as the bedroom upstairs. The apartment has AC, much needed in the summer, as well as a very fast and reliable WiFi - which I used for work calls with zero issues. I found the location to work well overall: it is in close walking distance to the historical parts of town. Although it is often not the #1 recommended neighborhood, it did not feel unsafe. Main restaurant areas are not walking distance, but a short Uber ride away. The host was communicative, responsive, very kind, and also fluent in English. The only one negative aspect is very very minor (and easily fixable from the host in the future): little to no ‘extra’s’ were provided for the stay - the apparent came with oil, vinegar, and salt, but with no paper towels, no trash bags, no laundry detergent, and not enough toilet paper, so that I had to buy it all.

Local corresponde ao anúncio. A vista é o ponto principal do apartamento. Pontos a melhorar, fiscalizar melhor a limpeza, pois como mandei fotos tinham lixo deixado para trás e no vaso sanitário, detergente nem bucha de pia da cozinha se tinha, situações inadmissíveis, até porque os hóspedes geralmente chega cansado e tarde para pensar nisso, mas depois eu comprei. O espaço é muito bom, a fechadura é segura, roupa de cama ok, espaço na cama bom, cozinha, utensílios tem o básico, o necessário. Ponto ruim do prédio, somente 1 (um) único elevador para o prédio de 23 andares, ou seja, difícil comodidade, e o serviço e limpeza usa o mesmo, até bicicleta dentro do elevador, enfim, algo tolerável, mas não é confortável. A localização é ótima, tem opções e facilidades. O transporte por aplicativo funciona muito bem, Didi e Uber. Cartão wise também, nem precisei tirar dinheiro, passei o cartão em tudo, ou de crédito que a cotação tbm é ótima ou seja a mesma do wise.

Buho Apt property was described accurately, very clean, and a great view of Santiago. There was a minor WiFi issue that they worked very quickly to correct. The only thing I would consider before renting again is the location. Santiago is very spread out and the desirable neighborhoods and tourist areas were further away then we expected. Not the propertys fault, just be aware of the location in reference to where you want to go. Otherwise, exactly as described, totally worth the price with a great view!

We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment! The view from the balcony is insanely beautiful at anytime of the day, so much space and light. All appliances worked and kitchen came stocked with equipment to cook with. Super close barrio Lastarria and Santa Lucia, with many restaurants nearby. Would definitely recommend!!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit atemberaubenden Blick über die Stadt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Innenstadt ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar (ca. 20 Minuten). Eine U-Bahnstation ist ganz in der Nähe sowie Supermärkte. Wir können die Unterkunft jedenfalls weiterempfehlen!

Das Panoramafenster war super, die Unterkunft sehr gemütlich und das Bett bequem. Es gab heißes Wasser (hatten wir in Südamerika auch schon anders) und wir konnten kochen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß zu erreichen, der Ausblick ist wirklich toll. Es ist recht laut in der Stadt, somit auch in der Wohnung. Aber das ist vermutlich überall so. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und der Vermieter war sehr gut zu erreichen, freundlich, spricht gutes Englisch und wir haben uns sehr gut betreut gefühlt. Wenn man waschen will, braucht man das nötige Kleingeld, unbedingt beim Einkaufen schonmal ansammeln! Es gehen 100 und 500 Peso Münzen. (es kostet 1400 Peso). Die App zum Waschen ist auf europäischen Handys nicht verfügbar.

Après un séjour de 1 semaine dans ce magnifique Duplex , où les instructions étaient très claires et où tout était très propre et fonctionnel. Dans l’immeuble , il y a des gardes de jour et de nuit , qui sont adorables comme tout et qui n’hésiteront pas à vous fournir les adresses nécessaire et s’assureront de votre bien être dans l’immeuble. Il y a un ascenseur qui fonctionne toujours ce qui est important au 22 eme étage et je tiens à le mentionner. Tout le service était irréprochable littéralement , l’endroit pour séjourner , c’est familiale , agréable , paisible. Merci Hubo property et ses équipes

First and foremost, the location of this apartment is amazing. Situated right in the heart of downtown Santiago, it's also near a metro station, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. The cleanliness of the apartment left me truly impressed, the kitchen was well-equipped and the view was breathtaking. Another highlight was the communication with the hosts which was seamless from start to finish.

We had a great stay at this property. Charming space with beautiful views. I loved watching the sunset from the balcony. This space felt private and secure. Good location if you are ok with walking a bit and getting to know not just the touristy parts of the city. This is definitely a locals part of town but also very walkable to some wonderful neighborhoods. The view is beautiful especially from the deck. The floor to ceiling windows are wonderful, just be careful with the blinds. 🙂 It's not quite as big as it seems in the photos (but what place is on AirBnB 🙂 but once you're in it is a wonderfully cosy and bright place to spend some time in Santiago. BUHO is super responsive as well; a model property management group.

Fue una estadía complaciente durante tres días en este loft muy iluminado y asoleado, un espacio dúplex con ventanal de doble altura con vista panorámica a la ciudad y la cordillera, ideal para dos o tres personas, muy bien decorado y con más que lo esencial para poder estar muy cómodos, inclusive con dos pantallas de tv de amplio tamaño. En los alrededores variado comercio para abastecerse o adquirir comida preparada, estacionamiento muy cercano y seguro, a tres cuadras del Metro U. de Chile, muy céntrico. Lo recomiendo completamente porque Giussepe estuvo muy preocupado y generoso en todos los detalles, y no parece un espacio arrendado, algo que va más allá de la limpieza que posee. Se agradece el aire acondicionado y los rollers para matizar las temperaturas.

First: Beautiful view of the city of Santiago. Loved the area and it was easy to walk to things we wanted to do and see. Would definitely book again if a return to Santiago is in the future!
